The EM-30 high-resolution desktop scanning electron microscope breaks the limitations of traditional desktop scanning electron microscopes using BSD detectors for imaging. It uses innovative dual condenser lens imaging technology and the principle of large-scale scanning electron microscopy, using a secondary electron detector as the basic imaging unit, thereby achieving higher resolution (<8nm). It is a truly high-resolution desktop scanning electron microscope.
Technical features:
1. Resolution: The highest resolution in the industry (<8nm), displaying the most realistic and rich tissue details.
2. Acceleration voltage: 1-30kv, meeting analysis requirements under different conditions.
3. Magnification: x20 - x100,000.
4. Standard equipped with a secondary electron detector, optional energy spectrometer and backscattered electron detector.
5. Three-stage convergent electronic optical system identical to traditional tungsten filament.
6. Sample stage: Automatic sample stage with flexible operation.
7. High cost performance.
