Packaging standards, transportation methods, and delivery locations: The products are packaged in vacuum packaging, aluminum foil bags, plastic cans, iron drums, and other forms. Based on the actual situation, we ensure that they are suitable for transportation, choose specific methods, and ship to the designated receiving location determined by the customer.
Settlement Method and Term: This contract shall come into effect after being signed and stamped by both parties. After receiving the full payment from Party A, Party B shall ship the goods within 15 working days.
Freight transportation cost: The customer entrusts us to transport the goods, and we bear the shipping cost. If there is a change in the delivery address, the customer should inform in writing in advance. If there is an increase in expenses, the additional part will be borne by the customer.
Acceptance criteria: The customer shall complete the acceptance within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods. If the variety and quantity do not match this contract, the customer shall indicate in writing within 10 working days from the date of receipt and stop using, otherwise it shall be deemed as qualified for acceptance. If there are any objections during the acceptance period, both parties shall negotiate and resolve them.
Quality assurance period: Keep the original unopened packaging of the product for a warranty period of 6 months.
