The ON-3000 oxygen and nitrogen analyzer uses pulse heating and infrared thermal conductivity detection technology to achieve rapid and accurate determination of oxygen and nitrogen elements in full-scale solid inorganic materials such as steel, metal powders, non-ferrous metals, ceramics, minerals, etc.The core components of the infrared detection system, thermal conductivity detection system and gas path system adopt imported high-end devices to ensure the stability and accuracy of detection. The infrared detection cell can be customized according to the oxygen content of the sample. It has the technical advantages of wide detection range, low detection limit, simplified measurement process, and single carrier gas.

Instrument features:

1. Reliable sample extraction unit:

·Pulse furnace power controlled heating (0-8KVA), the maximum temperature can reach 3000℃.

·Multiple programmed heating methods: constant power heating, slope heating.

2. Oxygen analysis uses a non-dispersive infrared detection system, and nitrogen analysis uses a high-precision thermal conductivity detection system.

3. Use the same instrument to analyze oxygen and nitrogen in solid inorganic matter.

4. Modular detection unit:

a) Thermal conductivity detection unit: composed of high sensitivity, inert gas protected and anti-oxidation thermal elements

·Detector: Using anti-oxidation NTC thermistor element;

·Signal processing: Use small current control technology to prevent the thermal element from oxidizing under no carrier gas conditions;

·Constant temperature control: adopts high-precision constant temperature control system;

·Reference gas path: adopts micro-flow control with good stability.

b) Infrared detection unit: The standard oxygen and nitrogen analyzer is equipped with two independent infrared absorption cells. The length and number of channels can be flexibly configured according to user needs.

·Detector: Using pyroelectric solid-state infrared CO2 detector imported from Germany

·Motor: Using synchronous motor imported from Switzerland, it can work continuously without failure.

·Light source: Using infrared light source imported from the United States, it is not easy to oxidize and has stable optical performance;

·Constant temperature: The entire gas chamber is under constant temperature control to ensure constant temperature of the analysis gas and measurement accuracy;

·Protective gas: The infrared light source and detector are protected and purified by nitrogen to isolate the influence of the surrounding environment and improve stability and measurement accuracy.
